In the Vapi plant, energy-saving initiatives have significantly reduced daily energy consumption, resulting in substantial power savings. The Welspun Flooring plant in Telangana exemplifies environmental responsibility with its Zero Liquid Discharge facility for wastewater recycling, Dipali's focus on sustainable raw materials and the implementation of Wel Trak 2.0, a blockchain-enabled traceability system, reinforces transparency and trust throughout the supply chain.

Dipali's dedication to education is evident in the installation of over 435 smart classrooms and the training of more than 1300 teachers in villages near Anjar and Vap. The Wel-Suraksha programme engages in traffic safety awareness and certification training for communities living near highways. This is aimed at reducing traffic accidents and improving accident emergency services. Over 18,000 patients have been reached through mobile ambulances, and over 250 trees have been planted due to her emphasis on the environment.
