This initiative is to empower female athletes from challenging backgrounds, to assist them in achieving their sporting endeavors and in creating future ambassadors of change.

There is strong commitment with a moral philosophy focused on maintaining and restoring habitats, enhancing ecosystem facilities and protecting biological diversity. Our green initiatives aim to reduce harmful impact on global warming and initiate programs to conserve and restore the environment via watershed expansions, tree plantations, beach clean-ups, general cleanliness campaigns, participation in Swach Bharat campaigns, pond deepening, community garden development.

In our endeavour to empower women from identified locations towards better health and sustainable livelihood, Wel-Netrutva works towards improving the preventive and curative health practices in rural India. This in turn creates sustainable farm and non-farm based livelihood opportunities for women and Self Help Groups. Health camps are conducted for the community at large and a mobile medical unit travels to remote areas across several villages.

To reduce road mishaps and improve emergency response services towards accident cases, the program dives into awareness on road safety and provides certified trainings to the communities living near the highways.

Through the Wel-Krishi program, our teams work with the farmers’ community. An integrated approach is charted wherein we assist them to grow better produce, facilitate and provide best government schemes and support through dedicated experienced persons in the field.

We-Volunteer is a cause supporting and encouraging Welspun employees to contribute towards the community for mutual benefit.
